THE ROOFTOP PARK
DISCOVER OUR ELEVATED GREEN SPACE
A PLACE
TO CONNECT
Welcome to the heart of Parq Vancouver, an open-air space on the sixth floor with amazing views of the city. Designed by landscape artist Christopher Phillips, this 30,000-square-foot green area is perfect for connecting with others.
With over 200 native pines and 15,000 local plants, it feels like a natural retreat. The water feature and walking paths link small, cozy spaces where people can gather. The nearby restaurants, The Victor, and D/6 Bar + Lounge add to the lively atmosphere, making this green space a fun spot in Vancouver..
OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
Parq Vancouver was built with sustainability in mind, aiming for LEED Gold certification. We used as many local materials as possible, like Douglas Fir trees and North Shore rock. Throughout the building, you'll find environmentally friendly features that align with Vancouver’s Greenest City 2020 Action Plan.
These efforts focus on green design, access to nature, eco-friendly transportation, rainwater management, zero waste, and low carbon energy. Our goal is to continue these sustainable practices for generations to come.
Parq Vancouver exists on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh). We are committed to meaningful actions that engage with Indigenous communities, respect the history and culture of Indigenous Peoples, and advance reconciliation through Indigenous-supportive business practices.
