THERE IS A STORY BEHIND EVERY FLAVOUR
After years of working at Bella Gelateria, Salvatore Boccarossa started his own gelateria.
Born in Naples, Salvatore grew up in a warm Italian family learning the lessons of quality, freshness and staying true to the season. A graduate of the world-famous Carpigiani Gelato University and winner of the Grand Title of North America Champions, Salvatore uses his expertise and passion to bring Passione gelateria to life.
Salvatore has created delicious gelato flavours inspired by the flavours of Italy. He uses organic ingredients to create each flavour and even has a selection of vegan options.
Once you taste Passione’s gelato you too will understand the passion which started this new gelateria!
