What are the casino's operating hours?Parq Casino operated 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Do I need to be a hotel guest to visit the casino?Everyone 19+ is invited to enter the casino, not just hotel guests. If you have been barred or signed up for self-exclusion you will not be allowed to enter the casino property.

What types of games are available at the casino?All the most popular casino games are available including slots, baccarat, poker, blackjack, roulette, electronic touch machines and more.

Are there age restrictions for gambling?British Columbia regulations require everyone entering the casino to be 19+ and to show ID upon entry no matter what age you are.

How do I sign up for a player’s club or loyalty program?To become an Encore Rewards member, head directly to Parq Casino Guest Services on Level 2.

What is the dress code at the casino?There is no specific dress code for Parq Casino, but the patrons will range from casual to formal and everything in between, so dress how you are feeling for that day or that event.

Can I redeem my casino points or rewards at the hotel or restaurant?Your Encore Rewards Points can be used inside the casino and in the restaurants. Find out more at our Encore Rewards Page.

How do I reserve a seat?Please make a reservation by calling 778-370-8887 or through the Poker Atlas App, Personal information to enroll you in the poker reservation system will be collected in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, British Columbia and will be used, accessed, disclosed and stored by BCLC, or Parq Vancouver: to reserve a seat for you in Parq Vancouver’s Poker Room when one is available to notify you when your seat is available By accepting these Terms, you agree that BCLC, or Parq Vancouver may use, access, disclose and store your personal information for the above purposes. How do I get free parking?To receive free parking, please head to Guest Services on level 2 immediately after you park to register your license plate. Please then swipe your Encore Rewards card at the poker table to be fully registered into our system.

Can I book a reservation for dinner online?We make booking reservations easy, just go to the restaurant you are interested in and click “Reserve” to get a table today.

What are the check-in and check-out times?Standard check-in starts at 4pm with check-out time at noon. Marriott Bonvoy members have access to late check-out.

What hotel options are available at Parq?There are 2 hotels offerings at the Parq. The JW Marriot and The Douglas.

Do the hotels accept pets?One dog per room. No other pets allowed. Fee varies based on room type.

Are there accessibility accommodations available?Yes, these accessible room features vary per room.

What amenities are available at the hotels?Free Wi-Fi, Aqua lounge, gym, restaurant options and in room dining available, work space in each room, coffee/tea makers and hair dyers.

Is there a fitness center on the property?There is a fitness centre on property that is available for hotel guests only.

What can gift cards be redeemed for:Food & Beverage at any restaurant or lounge at the resort including gratuity & taxes Room and taxes for JW Marriott Parq Vancouver or the Douglas, an Autograph Collection Hotel Spa services or products including gratuity & taxes Any incidentals as a registered guest (in-room dining, mini bar, long-distance calls, parking, etc.) Only gift cards purchases at Guest Services with debit or cash can be redeemed at the casino.

Do I need to bring a printed version of the gift card?To redeem you gift card, please click on the link provided after your purchase and print a copy of your gift card. A gift card summary order cannot be accepted without the gift card number and cvc.

Gift Card Cancellation PolicyParq Vancouver Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased. As an alternative, they are transferable.

What forms of payment are accepted?Payment are accepted in form of credit cards, debit cards, cash. There are ATM’s located on property.

Is there a currency exchange available?You can head to the Cash Cage in the casino for all currency exchanges.

How do I retrieve my winnings from the casino?To cash out casino winnings, head to the cashier or cash cage.

Is my personal information safe when I make a reservation or play at the casino?All BCLC & Parq Casino privacy policies including data protection, and secure payment methods, ensure that your personal information will all be safe and not shared.

What is your cancellation policy?Each hotel and booking has a different privacy policy, it is easily accessible when booking.

What happens if I lose or forget my ID or wallet?If you lose anything on property it is returned to security, so please reach out to info@parqvancouver.com and let us know so we can help you retrieve it.

Do you allow smoking on the property?The Casino, hotels, and hotel rooms are smoke free, but there is a designated smoking area located on the level 3 of the Parq Casino.

Can I bring outside food and beverages into the casino or hotel?Yes, you can bring your own food and beverages into the property but not into the restaurants on-site. There is a wide range of dining options for you as well.
